Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Thursday, via Registered mail (originals) or International Priority mail (prints).

 Please make sure you have the correct address entered when you check out. Once the print is shipped I can not be responsible if the address is wrong.

Every artwork is signed and wrapped in a clear protective sleeve and packaged to avoid damage. 
I do my best to ensure that they arrive in the shape I sent them, but unfortunately I can not guarantee anything once the parcel leaves my hands.

All items ship from Arco (TN), Italy.

If you receive an item that is damaged or fail to receive an item, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will work with you to figure something out.
